1. General Terms

By accessing and using the website or services provided by Grimas Cleaning Service ("Grimas," "we," "us," or "our"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the website, including clients, visitors, and anyone who schedules or purchases our services.

Grimas Cleaning Service is a licensed and insured residential and commercial cleaning company based in Ridgewood, Queens, New York.

2. Services

Grimas Cleaning Service provides residential and commercial cleaning services including, but not limited to: standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and recurring cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly). All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Scheduling & Booking

When you submit a booking or service request through our website, you are requesting a cleaning appointment. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from Grimas Cleaning Service via email or phone.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to staff availability or unsafe working conditions. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment.

4. Pricing & Payment

Pricing for services is determined based on the size of the space, the type of cleaning requested, the condition of the property, and any special requests. Final pricing may vary from initial estimates provided online or over the phone.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Credit/Debit Card (where available). We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Existing confirmed bookings will not be affected by price changes.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in the termination of your service agreement with Grimas Cleaning Service.

6. Recurring Services

Clients who sign up for recurring cleaning services (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) agree to maintain a consistent schedule. Discounted rates for recurring clients are contingent on maintaining the agreed-upon schedule. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for recurring clients if there are significant changes in the condition of the property or the scope of services required.

7. Access to Property

The client is responsible for ensuring that Grimas Cleaning Service has safe and appropriate access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team arrives and is unable to access the property, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to a cancellation fee.

Any information provided regarding access to your property (such as door codes or key arrangements) will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of completing your scheduled service.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will return to address any missed areas at no additional charge. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.

9. Limitation of Liability

Grimas Cleaning Service is fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team during a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. We will work with you to assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Grimas Cleaning Service shall not be held liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, damage to improperly secured or fragile items, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver the best possible service, clients are asked to: secure or remove fragile, valuable, or sentimental items prior to our arrival; inform us of any special instructions, allergies, or sensitivities to cleaning products; ensure pets are secured during the cleaning appointment; and provide a safe working environment for our cleaning professionals.

11. Privacy & Personal Information

Any personal information you provide to us (including your name, address, phone number, and email) is used solely for the purpose of scheduling and delivering our services and communicating with you about your account. 12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Grimas Cleaning Service and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.
